Banjo

banjo pinewoodsIn 2010 Jeremy picked up his first banjo and was hooked! He has since started performing with the instrument, teaching beginning clawhammer banjo, and busking around the US and Europe. He belives that people everywhere love the banjo, and has gotten more free meals and beds from pickin’ than almost anything else!

In 2013 Jeremy started making banjos with Corinne Boet-Whitaker. Handmade from gourds and hardwood, these one-of-a-kind creations are truly beautiful (and beautiful sounding) instruments. As every gourd is different, each banjo has a different look and sound, with the other parts carved to fit. If you are interested in buying a fretless gourd banjo, please contact Jeremy!
